My Good Health

My good health comes to me in moments of loving meditation, and when I think kind thoughts of myself and others. My good health is fostered by imagining good things for myself and others. My good health is encouraged by saying kind words to myself and others. My good health is nurtured by eating nutritiously. My good health is kept vitalized by regular physical activity. When I stay on this path, I stay in good health. I am responsible for my own good health and the maintaining of it. I also know that I am a lot healthier, once I took control of my own well-being. |
