The best exercise - exercise tips
Which is the best exercise? There are so many to choose from, along with a new info-mercial out touting the latest new piece of equipment to help you sculpt, trim, and somehow transform your body. Are they worth it? Will they help you? The answer is really very simple. What do you like? The best exercise is/are one(s) that you'll stick with. For some, variety is key. For others, that morning jog is the only way that they like to begin their day. So first and foremost, what do you like? Second is, what are your goals? Are you needing to do something aerobic? Are you desiring to build muscle strength? Are you needing to calm down and relax more? Or all of the above? So now that you've got some ideas on what you like, and what your goals are, lets look at some information. Any form of exercise, whether it be aerobic, strength training, or yoga holds, can all also add to feeling relaxed. When one uses higher levels of energy for any of these activities, then one will also usually experience a deeper level of relaxation when they are resting. Any form of exercise includes benefits in other areas too. When one is doing yoga holds for instance, the strength it takes to hold the poses, can increase ones' heart rate, especially for ones new to this. When one is doing walking exercises, one is definitely strengthening the leg muscles and also increasing their rate. When one is doing strength training, as in lifting weights, the repetition will also add to an increase in heart rate. So do know, that there are cross benefits in whatever form of exercise that you choose. Dance moves, as in dance aerobics, will get the heart rate up higher than a leisure neighborhood walk. But when one carries hand weights with them for a neighborhood walk, they too can also increase their heart rate; and of course the faster the walk, the faster the heart rate will be. So how much is right for you? There are some things to consider. How long has it been since you've exercised? Are you new to this? Have you been exercising for awhile already and are ready to do more? A good key is how fast are you breathing? Can you still moderately talk is a good method to follow. By listening to your body in this way and considering your own preferences, you and your body can be true partners in your fitness endeavor; and that is the best way to exercise.
